The codebase is written in the Python programming language using the Django web framework. It uses Slack's Bolt framework for interacting with the Slack API and to enable OAuth authentication.
The boilerplate uses Polar to handle payments and subscriptions. Polar provides a layer on top of Stripe, acting as a Merchant of Record so that you, the developer, have less headaches to worry about.
